Exchange Service

At Leikaka Apparel LLC, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. If an item is not suitable, we offer a simple exchange option under the conditions below.

Exchange Eligibility

You may request an exchange if:

• The request is made within 14 days of delivery
• The item is unused, unworn, and unwashed
• The item is in its original condition, with all tags attached

All exchange requests are subject to approval.

Eligible Exchange Items

We currently support exchanges for:

• Size changes
• Color variations (subject to availability)

If the requested item is unavailable, we may offer a refund or store credit as an alternative.

Exchange Process

To request an exchange:

1. Contact us at leikaka@leikakaapparel.com with your order number and exchange request
2. Our support team will review your request and provide instructions
3. Ship the original item back as instructed
4. Once received and inspected, we will process your exchange

Please do not return items without prior authorization.

Shipping Costs

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for exchanges
• We will cover the shipping cost of sending the replacement item (in standard cases)
• Additional fees may apply for expedited shipping requests

Processing Time

• Exchanges are processed within 3–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item
• Delivery times for the replacement item will depend on your location

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a defective or incorrect item:

• Please contact us within 7 days of delivery
• Provide photos and order details
• We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost

Important Notes

• Exchanges are subject to product availability
• We reserve the right to decline exchanges that do not meet our policy requirements
• Only one exchange per order may be accepted in certain cases
